The following information should be ready with you before calling for installation or queries:-

  1. Your CD Key which is on the box package of the product. Once you type the CD Key, it automatically generates the Product key which has to be given to the Customer Care Officer.
  2. Information about your computer: Hard Disk Capacity, RAM capacity, Processor, Operating System, Installation to be done on a Laptop or Desktop.
  3. Information about whether you have sound support, modem and micro-phone.
          All the above information helps in generating the License Key of the Product quickly.
