Ans: There are two way of sending SMS thro' eJinnPOWER:
(i) It's thro' compatible cell phone with USB connectivity
(ii) thro' internet. SMS powered by eJinnPOWER is send online thro' Internet or thro' offline when scheduled.

Dialing process:
i) Get the contact person's phone numbers thro' Magic Search window by keying a few letters of the name.
ii) A list of names will appear in the Contact book window.
iii) Select the one you wish to dial. Double click on the phone number.
iv) eJinnPOWER Phone dialer window opens, the phone dialing process begins and navigated thro' friendly messages.

Ans: This is a simple procedure to follow after you have activated the phone dialing feature
by connecting telephone instrument thro' modem as in FAQ no. 13.
i) Here a telephone recording adapter (available at reputed electrical / hardware shops or check with Helpdesk) is used as shown in the diagrams. Here a telephone incoming line is inserted in the input socket of the adapter. The recording jack is connected to the microphone port of the CPU / Laptop. Where as the fixed cable from the adapter is connected to the input socket of CPU Modem.
ii) Activating recording: when the telephone line is active, start the recording from eJinnPOWER by click on start button.
iii) To stop the recording or pause, click on respective buttons.
iv) The recorded file can be named in the space provided in the recording list. (click here to see FlowChart)

Ans: Yes, It’s simple. Step by step the procedure is as follows:
i) Select the recorded message and click on icon 'Save Copy As'.
ii) On clicking will open window 'Save Copy As'.
iii) If you have to transfer recording to PEN drive.
iv) Click on drop-down box to select 'Removable disk' in the 'Save in' drop-down list.
v) Then click on Button 'Save'.
vi) The recording is saved in the PEN drive.
vii) For making the CD/DVD of the recording.
viii) Repeat steps i), ii) and iv) above and follow the CD/DVD burning procedure.

There is segmented space for storing different documents, pictures, money accounts, PINs of Credit Cards, Debit Cards, ATMs and others. For your personal security purpose we allow creating multiple e-Lockers and every locker is created with passwords.

Ans: Yes, you can install it on laptop too. For operating efficiency the RAM shall be not less than 1 GB in case of Windows Vista,else in case of windows XP, RAM Shall be minimum 512 MB .

Ans: Yes, It is possible to transfer data by connecting the two by cable or by copying in PEN drive and then copying from PEN drive to the Laptop. It is also possible to copy the data thro' Bluetooth connectivity or by taking the backup on CD and then transferring it on the Laptop by the usual process. (Presently development is in process to upload data to Internet via email or uploading to a personal website and then downloading it to which ever PC / Laptop required.)
